2/19 : Body Map

 Today we spent class drawing and creating a body map of our trauma. It was helpful to go outside, enjoy the sun, and relax in order to brainstorm my most negative life experiences. It was difficult putting my lows on a paper in a less intense moment and so publicly. However, seeing everyone around me do the same activity made me feel I wasn't all alone with my list of issues/problems. This activity was deep and sensitive, but it was interesting to think about how the events make my positive moments higher. It was also fun to cut out parts of magazines that represented my mindset in these moments.
